Our Teaming program is proof that solidarity can come from the simplest acts. Each month, more than 600 GAES colleagues donate €1 from their paycheck to support social causes that we select together.
Thanks to this collective effort, we raise nearly €17,000 each year, which we distribute in donations to health, research, and social care initiatives. In 2024, we supported projects from Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, the ASDENT Association, the Red Cross, Fundación ICTUS, and others.
Teaming is a direct participation tool that connects us—as a team—to the realities of many people. It’s a way to show that every small gesture matters and that together, we can achieve great things.
