In 2025, we launched the CIAO! projectin Barcelona, in collaboration with the Amplifon Foundation. This initiative has a clear purpose: to improve the quality of life of people living in care homes—many of whom suffer from social isolation and lack stimulation.
We installed high-quality video calling systems to help them stay in touch with family, and we developed an activity program that includes art therapy, music sessions, yoga, and virtual travel. GAES employees also volunteered to take part in themed parties, workshops, and social gatherings with the residents.
CIAO! is a holistic project for emotional support and digital inclusion that connects generations and humanizes care. Because caring is being present—and listening is sharing.
