Research Grants and Awards

Fundación GAES Solidaria 20.500 € is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with hearing issues. To that end, we promote and support research into hearing-related pathologies by awarding prizes that recognize the best research in the fields of audiology, otology, and otoneurology.
Each year, the Foundation presents awards to ENT professionals across the country who are advancing research aimed at improving and preventing ear-related illnesses. We work with the GAES Medical Area to manage the jury and oversee the scientific evaluation of submissions. These awards are presented during regional and national congresses organized by ENT societies, the Spanish ENT Association, and the ENT Nursing Association. They are designed to recognize the efforts of ENT professionals who, through their studies and research, help improve the lives of patients affected by hearing-related diseases. Our goal is to support new solutions, treatments, and technologies that enhance the lives of people with hearing loss. We know that research is a key tool for progress, and we firmly support the professionals and projects working every day for a healthier and more accessible future for all.
